Our company is expanding a new product line and we need you to help us recruit leads and sell projects. We are an award-winning, 25-year-old company that specializes in Exterior Remodeling- Sunrooms, Decks, & Everything In Between™.

The job that we are recruiting for is for a salesperson (man or lady). You do not need any sales experience, but you do have to be willing to learn and work hard. You don’t even need any construction experience as long as you’re willing to learn the product you’re selling. It will be a Results Only Work Environment. In other words, if you want to make money, you’ll have to work for it.

We will supply training materials, periodic training classes, and most marketing materials. We will also supply a base salary to help pay for your driving expenses. Beyond that, your commission will comprise the major portion of your pay and we won’t hold you back with that. If you sell so much that you’re making more than the boss, then that’s fine with us.

1. Resume- I’d like to know a little about you and also check to see how computer literate you are.
2. There’s a small test to check your cognitive skills.
3. You better look good. If you’re going to do sales, you need to look presentable. Show up dressed in what you would expect to wear for a sales call. No shirt and tie required though.
4. References- I will check them. Been messed with too many times to make poor hiring decisions. Just ask the last guy that the cops tased and carried away.
5. Anything else you think might help your chances of being hired.
